Please read these terms and conditions carefully before becoming a sponsor for our fundraising event. By confirming your sponsorship, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 1. Sponsorship is confirmed only upon receipt of the full sponsorship payment and a signed sponsorship agreement form. 2. Payment must be made according to the terms outlined in the communications provided by National Action Network Middle Tennessee Chapter. All payments are non-refundable. 3. Sponsorship benefits, including but not limited to logo placement, recognition, and event tickets, are outlined in the sponsorship package selected. National Action Network Middle Tennessee Chapter reserves the right to adjust or modify sponsorship benefits in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 4. Sponsors are responsible for providing their logos and marketing materials according to the specifications and deadlines outlined in the sponsorship agreement. National Action Network Middle Tennessee Chapter reserves the right to refuse materials that do not meet the specified requirements. 5. National Action Network Middle Tennessee Chapter reserves the right to change the date, time, venue, or format of the event. Sponsors will be notified promptly of any such changes. 6. Sponsors may cancel their sponsorship in writing, subject to the following conditions: - If cancellation occurs 90 days before the event, National Action Network Middle Tennessee Chapter will refund 50% of the sponsorship fee. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event. 7. Sponsors and their representatives are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during the event. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the sponsor's removal from the event without refund. 8. Sponsors assume all risk and danger incidental to their participation in the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. Sponsors release National Action Network Middle Tennessee Chapter, its affiliates, employees, volunteers, and event organizers from any liability resulting from such incidents. 9. The personal information provided by sponsors will be used in accordance with our privacy policy that can be provided upon request. 10.
